The price of translation service is mainly determined by elements including type of language, specialty of documents, delivery time, sufficient degree of resources, etc. Based on standard quotation, the final pricing of each document will be given in consideration of practical circumstances.

Notes:
1、 an additional fee will be paid if the translation need high professional knowledge and at premium standard
2、 method of word count: The figure displayed in "Tool"-"word count" in Microsoft Word
3、 the remuneration will be calculated according to the word amount of target language
4、 20-200% plus for emergent translation is needed
5、 document that less than 1000 words will be charged at 1000 words standard
6、 an additional payment will be paid if the file format is complex or there are graphics, or tables to be made.

Note：
1、 The service time of interpretation is 8 hours one day, service of less than 4 hours will be paid by half day, service of more than 4 hours but less than 8 hours will be paid by one day.
2、 at least two(2) interpreters are needed for simultaneous interpreting, alternate working.
3、 if overtime work is necessary, the client needs to get the interpreter's consent, and the overtime payment will be confirmed.
4、 if travel (outside Beijing) is necessary, 20% plus must be paid (based on initial price), and the expenditure of travel, accommodation, and safety for interpreters on client
5、 for consecutive interpretation, preparation time of 3-10 working days in advance is needed
6、 for simultaneous interpretation, preparation time of 5-12 working days in advance is needed
7、 price for interpretation of special areas or by rare languages need inquiry
